The list of actions available to the instructor. Only the Equipment and Diagram editors work. The Equipment Editor as it first appears. The “Objects” button is a debugging holdover. At this point the instructor may create a new piece of equipment by filling in the appropriate fields, edit an existing piece of equipment, or copy a piece of equipment using Import and start from there. After selecting an image, the design surface is automatically resized. The Equipment Editor gives a real-time preview of how the equipment will appear. After giving the piece of equipment a name, moving over the equipment displays it. After selecting the appropriate types, you can place an input anywhere along the sides of the equipment image. Input and output arrows are adjusted automatically depending on which side it is placed. Names can be added to inputs and outputs, and they can be moved around after placement. A finished piece of equipment, before it is saved. The Diagram Editor as it first appears. Since I was finishing up work on this module, it is a little less finished than the Equipment Editor. As before, the “Stop” and “Objects” buttons are holdovers from debugging. |
